Booking & Rates
Booking an event is simple!
Call 940-395-4404, email firstname.lastname@example.org directly, or fill out the contact form with your requirements including date, time, and number of vocalists (see Rates below) and we will do our best to add you to our schedule. Weekends in December are always at a premium so book early...but don't be afraid to call at the last minute either!
Our rates are set by the number of singers and the amount of time we spend performing for you. The minimum charge starts at 2 hours due to the amount of time required to create the look we are so proud of. If you wish to discuss shorter a duration with vocalists in simpler attire we would be happy to negotiate with you.
You may also wish to contact us directly to customize for your event.
For example: the Candy Cane Lady makes a nice compliment to Santa Claus (or even a replacement). Perhaps you would like carolers in festive attire specifically to entertain children. We love to sing and play and can adapt to become the perfect compliment to any occasion.
Our rates include our transportation costs within the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. A small transportation fee may be added for areas outside the Metroplex. Due to these variables and other possibilities, we do not publish a set "rate list."

There’s no way that Vocal Magic could have such a wonderful a cappella ensemble without the booking of its numerous patrons, but the group is also kept alive with the support of friends like you that help them to continue their performance and outreach by donating or sponsoring a concert or event.
